Section 173-180-010 - Applicability of this chapter

(1) This chapter applies to all classes of oil handling facilities. This includes transfer operations involving any size nonrecreational vessel.

(2) This chapter does not apply to vacuum trucks when used to remove waste oil, bilge slops, contaminated ballast or fuel, or excess fuels for shoreside disposal.
