Section 170-295-6020 - What are the regulations regarding religious activities?You must:
(1) Respect and facilitate the rights of the child in care to observe the tenets of the child's faith, consistent with state and federal laws;(2) Not punish or discourage the child for exercising these rights; and(3) Maintain a written description of the center's religious polices and practices that affect the child in care.Wash.
