Section 16-306-180 - License denial, suspension or revocation, and right to adjudicative proceeding

Upon notice of intent by the department to an applicant to deny a hemp producer license, notice of intent to a licensee to suspend or revoke a license, notice of disposal of non-compliant hemp, or notice of a department finding that the licensee has committed a negligent or culpable violation, a person may request an adjudicative proceeding under chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act, and chapter 16-08 WAC.
