Section 16-487-017 - Special permits(1) The provisions of this chapter do not apply to plants or propagative parts of plants imported for experimental purposes by the United States Department of Agriculture or the Washington State University agricultural experiment stations, if a permit to import has been issued by the department.(2) The department may issue special permits allowing entry of regulated articles otherwise prohibited in this chapter.
