Section 106-116-206 - Locating legal parking space(1) The responsibility for locating legal parking space rests with the operator of the motor vehicle. Lack of space will not be considered a valid excuse for violating any parking regulation.(2) The fact that a person may park or observe others parked in violation of the regulations without receiving an infraction notice does not mean that the regulation is no longer in effect.Wash.
