Section 22VAC40-61-510 - Fire safety: compliance with state regulations and local fire ordinancesA. The center shall comply with the Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code (13VAC5-51) as determined by at least an annual inspection by the appropriate fire official. Reports of the inspections shall be retained at the center for at least two years.B. An adult day center shall comply with any local fire ordinance.22 Va. Admin. Code § 40-61-510
