Section 18VAC50-30-41 - Evidence of ability and proficiency for automatic fire sprinkler inspector

Pursuant to § 54.1-1147B of the Code of Virginia, an applicant for certification as an automatic fire sprinkler inspector must provide satisfactory proof to the board of a Level II or higher Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems Certificate issued through the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies or a substantially similar certification from a nationally recognized training program approved by the board.
