Section 18VAC47-20-140 - Renewal and reinstatement feesA. All fees required by the board are nonrefundable. The date on which the fee is received by the department or its agent shall determine whether the licensee or registrant is eligible for renewal or reinstatement or must reapply as a new applicant. B. For renewal and reinstatement fees received between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2026, the fees are as follows: Renewal of cemetery company license | $285 per cemetery |

Reinstatement of sales personnel registration | $45 per cemetery |
