Section R907-1-8 - Reconsideration(1) Within 20 days after the Presiding Officer issues the Final Order, a party may request reconsideration, stating the specific grounds upon which the party requests relief.(2) The person filing the request for reconsideration will mail or email a copy to each party.(3) The Executive Director, or a designee, will issue a written order either denying or granting the request. If the Executive Director or a designee does not issue this order within 20 days, the request is denied. If the Executive Director or designee grants the request in any part and issues a new Final Order, it will include the same information listed in Section R907-1-7 or Section R907-1-9 if the matter concerned motor carriers.Utah Admin.
