Section R746-1-109 - Deviation from Rules(1) A party may move the Commission to deviate from a specified rule.(2) The party making the motion to deviate has the burden to demonstrate that the rule imposes a hardship that outweighs the benefit(s) of the rule.Utah Admin. Code R746-1-109
