Section R704-2-11 - Waiver of Reimbursement(1) A responding jurisdiction may waive, in writing, any rights to reimbursement under Section 53-2a-308.(2) Waiver of any reimbursable right shall specify each item waived in order to provide notice to the requesting jurisdiction and the division, if applicable.(3) Waiver of any reimbursable right shall be delivered to the requesting jurisdiction with a copy delivered to the division, if applicable, no later than 90 days after the termination of statewide mutual aid assistance.Utah Admin.
