Section R657-52-11 - Species of Protected Aquatic Wildlife That May Be Harvested(1) A certificate of registration issued under this rule may authorize the holder to commercially harvest only brine shrimp and brine shrimp eggs.(2) Any species of protected aquatic wildlife caught other than brine shrimp and brine shrimp eggs must be immediately returned alive and unharmed to the water from which it was harvested.Utah Admin.
