Section R657-27-9 - Audits(1) License agents are subject to an audit without prior notification anytime during normal business hours to assess financial and procedural compliance with statute, rule, and the terms of the license agent authorization.(2) The division shall provide a written report to the license agent of any finding of noncompliance within five days of the completion of the audit.Utah Admin.
