Section R657-20-22 - Unintentional Take of Protected Wildlife by a Falconry Raptor(1) A falconry raptor may be allowed to feed on a prey animal taken unintentionally, provided the prey animal is not taken into the falconer's possession.(2) Unintentional take of any federally listed threatened or endangered species must be reported to the Division and the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Ecological Services Field Office in Salt Lake City within 48 hours of the take event.(3) Unintentional take of any Utah protected wildlife must be reported to the Division within 48 hours of the take event.Utah Admin.
