Section R657-11-21 - Depredation by Bobcat(1) Depredating bobcats may be taken at any time by duly appointed Wildlife Services agents, employed by Wildlife Services, while acting in the performance of their assigned duties and in accordance with procedures approved by the division.(2) A livestock owner or his employee, on a regular payroll and not hired specifically to take furbearers, may take bobcats that are molesting livestock.(3) Any bobcat taken by a livestock owner or his employee must be surrendered to the division within 72 hours.Utah Admin.
