Section R590-274-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to:(a) set forth procedures for a public adjuster to submit a required form filing to the commissioner; and(b) provide notice requirements, information, and disclosures that must be included in an adjuster contract.(2) This rule applies to a resident or nonresident public adjuster.Utah Admin.
