Section R590-131-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to:(a) establish an order for an insurer to pay a coordination of benefits claim;(b) establish when benefits may be reduced under a secondary plan; and (c) provide efficiency in processing a claim when an enrollee is covered under more than one plan.(2) This rule applies to an insurer offering accident and health insurance.Utah Admin.
