Section R523-3-14 - Posting of Certified Programs(1) The Division shall maintain a current list of certified educational series and treatment programs on its website.(2) The list of Educational Series programs shall include the contact information for the program, the program's business location, information on the cost of services, the number of hours required to complete the educational series and a short description of the series.(3) The list of treatment programs shall include the contact information for the programs, the program's business location, and information on the cost of services.Utah Admin.
