Section R510-104-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The purpose of the rule is to facilitate the administration of nutrition programs for older individuals, as established pursuant to the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. 3030e and 42 U.S.C. 3030f.(2) The rule is authorized by Section 62A-1-111 and the Older Americans Act of 1965, 42 U.S.C. 3030e and 42 U.S.C. 3030f.Utah Admin.
