Section R432-750-10 - Quality Assurance(1) The governing body shall evaluate the quality, appropriateness, and scope of services provided by the licensee at least annually to determine if the licensee has met its objectives.(2) An interdisciplinary quality assurance committee shall evaluate patient services at least quarterly and maintain a written report of findings. Recommendations from each meeting shall be submitted to the hospice administrator and shall be maintained for review by the department.(a) The administrator shall appoint the members of the quality assurance committee for a given term of membership.(b) The quality assurance committee shall include a minimum of three individuals who represent three different health care services.Utah Admin.
