Section R414-140-3 - Requirement to Select a Health Plan(1) The following Medicaid clients living in urban counties are required to select a health plan: (a) Section 1931 children under the age of 19;(c) blind or disabled children and adults;(e) foster care children; and(f) Non-Traditional Medicaid enrollees covered under the 1115 Demonstration for the Primary Care Network of Utah.Utah Admin.
