Section R414-1-27 - Determination of Death(1) In accordance with Section 26-34-2, the fiduciary responsibility for medically necessary care on behalf of the member ceases upon the determination of death.(2) Reimbursement for the determination of death by acceptable medical standards must be in accordance with Medicaid coverage and billing policies in place on the date the physician renders services.Utah Admin.
