Section R307-315-6 - Compliance Determination and Schedule(1) Compliance with the NOx emission requirement listed in Subsection R307-315-4(1) shall be determined according to the following procedures: (a) U.S. EPA Reference Method 7E, Determination of Nitrogen Oxides Emissions from Stationary Sources;(b) other EPA-approved testing methods acceptable to the Director; or(c) combustion analysis as part of a regular maintenance schedule.(2) Compliance with the CO emissions requirement listed in Subsection R307-315-4(2) shall be determined according to the following procedures:(a) U.S.EPA Reference Method 10, Determination of Carbon Monoxide Emissions from Stationary Sources;(b) other EPA-approved testing methods acceptable to the director; or(c) combustion analysis as part of a regular maintenance schedule.(3) Compliance Determination for requirements listed in Subsections R307-315-6(1) and R307-315-6(2) shall be conducted once every five years.(4) The compliance schedule for this rule shall begin on November 1, 2024.Utah Admin.
