Section R277-932-2 - Information on Public School Options Webpage Requirements(1) The Superintendent shall provide a webpage as part of the State Board website that lists public school options for Utah parents.(2) The webpage provided under Subsection (1) shall include a link to the website of: (a) each K-12 public school; and(b) each SOEP provider, which is certified in accordance with Section R277-726-11.(3) The webpage provided under Subsection (1) should allow geographic searches of Utah schools and include online school options.(4) An LEA shall place a link to the public school options webpage required under Subsection (1) on the LEA's student information portal, accessible by parents, to the extent technically possible, and on the LEA's website.Utah Admin.
