Section R277-708-7 - Gang Prevention and Intervention Funds(1) Consistent with Subsection 53F-2-410(1)(b), the Superintendent shall distribute funding to LEAs for gang prevention and intervention.(2) An LEA desiring to receive gang prevention and intervention funds shall submit a proposal consistent with Rule R277-436.Utah Admin.
