Section R277-613-8 - Abusive Conduct(1) An LEA shall prohibit abusive conduct.(2) An LEA's bullying, cyber-bullying, hazing, abusive conduct, and retaliation policy, required in Section 53G-9-605 and this rule, shall include a grievance process for a school employee who has experienced abusive conduct as described in Subsection 53G-9-605(3)(f).Utah Admin.
