Section R277-404-4 - Superintendent Responsibilities(1) The Superintendent shall facilitate:(a) administration of statewide assessments; and(b) participation in NAEP, in accordance with Subsection 53E-4-302(1)(b).(2) The Superintendent shall provide guidelines, timelines, procedures, and assessment ethics training and requirements for all statewide assessments.(3) The Superintendent shall designate a testing schedule for each statewide assessment and publish the testing window dates on the Board's website before the beginning of the school year.Utah Admin.
