Section R277-122-2 - Definitions(1) "Professional service provider" means a provider of a professional service as defined in Section 63G-6a-103 and includes an expert in educational instruction and teaching.(2) "Responsible" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63G-6a-103.(3) "Responsive" means the same as that term is defined in Section 63G-6a-103.Utah Admin.
