Section R151-4-114 - Informal Adjudicative Proceedings in General and Prohibition of Discovery(1) Any provision specific to a formal adjudicative proceeding is not mandatory for an informal adjudicative proceeding.(2) By rule or order a division may apply a provision applicable to a formal adjudicative proceeding to an informal adjudicative proceeding, except that a division may not apply a provision relating to discovery, including depositions to an informal adjudicative proceeding.(3) Discovery is prohibited in informal adjudicative proceedings, but the department or a division may issue subpoenas or other orders to compel production of evidence in accordance with Subsection 63G-4-203(1)(e).Utah Admin.
