Section R151-4-108 - Timeliness of Administrative ProceedingsIn both informal and formal proceedings, the presiding officer shall schedule the hearing date and conclude the hearing not more than 180 calendar days after the day:
(1) the notice of agency action is issued; or(2) the initial decision as to a request for agency action is issued.Utah Admin. Code R151-4-108
