Section R33-13-303 - Non-applicability(1) These Rules R33-13-302 through R33-13-304 and Section 63G-6a-1303 does not apply if the State Public Procurement Unit determines that the application of these Rules R33-13-302 through R33-13-304 or Section 63G-6a-1303 would severely disrupt the operation of a state agency to the detriment of the state agency or the general public, including: (a) jeopardizing the receipt of federal funds;(b) the state construction contract being a sole source contract; or(c) the state construction contract being an emergency procurement.Utah Admin.
