Section 215.263 - Sales Payment DisclosuresAn advertisement that contains the amount of any payment, including a down payment in either a percentage or dollar amount, or an advertisement that contains the number of payments, the period of repayment, or the amount of any finance charge must include the following:
(1) the amount or percentage of the down payment;(2) the terms of repayment, from which the number of months to make repayment and the amount per month can be determined, including any balloon payment;(3) the annual percentage rate (APR); and(4) the amount of the APR, if increased, after consummation of the credit transaction.43 Tex.
