Section 23.49 - Vending Machines(a) In accordance with 23 C.F.R. Part 752, Human Resources Code, § 94.002, and Government Code § 2165.212, the department may permit vending machines in travel information centers for the purposes of dispensing food, drink, and other items that it determines appropriate and desirable. (b) The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Division for Blind Services has first right of refusal to operate vending machines in travel information centers.43 Tex. Admin.
