Section 2.352 - Maintenance and Sponsorship of GIWW(a) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is responsible for maintaining the GIWW.(b) The State of Texas, under Transportation Code, Chapter 51, is the nonfederal sponsor of the GIWW, and the commission is the state's designee. 43 Tex.
