Section 813.4 - Board Policies and Local Procedures(a) A Board shall establish policies and procedures regarding the methods and limitations for the provision of the following: (1) Work-related expenses; and(b) A Board may establish optional policies that require the use of the Eligible Training Provider System and Individual Training Accounts, as set forth in Chapter 841 of this title (relating to the Workforce Investment Act), to provide SNAP E&T-funded services for SNAP E&T participants.(c) If a Board establishes the optional policies described in subsection (b) of this section, the Board shall ensure that corresponding procedures are developed for the policies.40 Tex.
