Section 77.15 - Can I get a waiver for any of my obligations?We may waive your obligation to follow the terms of the employee training agreement if the training is:
(1) not covered by the Government Code, Chapter 656, Subchapter D, and the commissioner or the commissioner's designee determines that the waiver is in the state's best interest; or(2) covered by the Government Code, Chapter 656, Subchapter D, and the Texas Board of Human Services determines that the waiver is: (A) in our best interest; or(B) warranted because you are suffering an extreme personal hardship.40 Tex.
