Section 65.98 - Transition ProvisionsA release site that was not in compliance with the applicable testing requirements of this division in effect between August 15, 2016 and the effective date of this section shall be:
(1) required to comply with the applicable provisions of this division regarding CWD testing with respect to release facilities; and(2) ineligible to be a release site for breeder deer or deer transferred pursuant to a Triple T permit or DMP until the release site has complied with paragraph (1) of this section.31 Tex.
