Section 65.30 - Pronghorn Permit(a) The department shall determine the number of pronghorn to be harvested from a given tract of land and shall issue permits to the landowner, who may distribute the permits to hunters. A permit issued under this subsection is valid only on the tract of land for which it was issued.(b) For the purposes of this section, 'tract of land' is a parcel or parcels of land under the same ownership within a single herd unit.31 Tex.
