Section 57.952 - Applicability of Other Law(a) This subchapter may not be construed as authorizing or allowing a person to act in violation of any state or federal law, rule, or regulation.(b) A PRA issued under this subchapter is not a defense to prosecution for conduct not specifically authorized by the agreement.31 Tex.
