A permit application, permit renewal, or permit amendment under this subchapter will be denied if:
(1) concerning an application for one time introduction:(A) the application, renewal or amendment does not meet the requirements of §§ 52.101- 52.401 of this title (concerning Stocking Policy); or(B) the proposed introduction is not consistent with management objectives of the department; or(2) concerning an application for an offshore aquaculture facility, the application does not contain or inadequately addresses the requirements of § 57.253(c) of this title (relating to Permit Application).31 Tex.
