Section 375.210 - Records of Depository(a) Eligible lending institutions shall maintain a separate, accurate, and complete record relating to the pledged securities, the deposit of the Board's funds, and all transactions related to the pledged securities.(b) The comptroller or the executive administrator may examine and verify at any reasonable time the pledged securities or a record an eligible lending institution maintains under this section.31 Tex.
