Section 356.53 - Plan Submission(a) A district requesting approval of its management plan, or of an update of its management plan to incorporate adopted desired future conditions that apply to the district, shall submit to the executive administrator the following: (1) one hard copy of the adopted management plan;(2) one electronic copy of the adopted management plan; and(3) documentation that the plan was adopted after notice posted in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 551, including a copy of the posted agenda, meeting minutes, and copies of the notice printed in the newspaper or publisher's affidavit.(b) The plan or revised plan under § 356.54 of this subchapter (relating to Approval) shall be considered properly submitted to the executive administrator when all of the items specified in subsection (a) of this section are received by the executive administrator.31 Tex.
