Section 351.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(1) Authority--The Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority.

(2) Regional area--The area within the City of Houston, its extraterritorial jurisdiction and termed the Northbelt Service Area.
