Section 328.303 - Third-Party Certification Systems for Mass Balance Attribution(a) The commission shall: (1) maintain a list that identifies third-party certification systems for mass balance attribution; and(2) provide a copy of that list to any person on request.(b) Recyclable materials, as defined in § 330.3 of this title (relating to Definitions), converted to fuels may not be considered for mass balance attribution for the purpose of this subchapter.30 Tex.
