Section 5.4264 - Expert Panel Term(a) A member of the expert panel must serve for a term set by the contract described in § 5.4268 of this title (relating to Contracting, Compensation, and Expenses), except as provided in subsections (b) and (c) of this section.(b) At any time: (1) the commissioner or the commissioner's designee may review an expert panel member's performance; and(2) the commissioner or the commissioner's designee may remove an expert panel member from the panel under § 5.4265 of this title (relating to Removal of Expert Panel Member).(c) An expert panel member may submit a request to the commissioner or the commissioner's designee to be removed from the panel at any time.28 Tex.
