Section 25.47 - Policies Issued through the Texas Medical Liability Insurance Underwriting Association

Insurance coverage provided by authority of the Insurance Code, Article 21.49-3 (Texas Medical Liability Insurance Underwriting Association Act) may not be financed in conjunction with other types of insurance under a single insurance premium finance agreement, but must be financed by a separate agreement.
