Section 11.801 - Accounting GuidanceTo the extent that the accounting guidance given in § 7.18 of this title (relating to National Association of Insurance Commissioners Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual) does not conflict with the provisions of this chapter, an HMO must follow that guidance. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and § 7.18 of this title, the HMO must follow the provisions of this chapter.
