Section 1.14 - Motions during Hearings

Except as provided in § 1.31 of this title (relating to Agreements To Be in Writing), any motion made during a hearing need not be in writing unless the presiding officer so directs.

The provisions of this §1.14 adopted to be effective January 1, 1976.
