(a) The board will hold at least two regular meetings and additional meetings as necessary during each fiscal year.(b) The chair may call meetings after consultation with board members or by a majority of members voting at a regular meeting.(c) Meetings will be announced and conducted under the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.22 Tex. Admin. Code § 681.3
