Section 403.207 - Duty to Negotiate

The parties shall negotiate in accordance with the timetable set forth in § RSA 403.208 of this title (relating to Timetable) and § RSA 403.214 of this title (relating to Mediation Timetable) to attempt to resolve all claims and counterclaims. No party is obligated to settle as a result of the negotiation.
